Order Cancellation & Refunds

If your order has been shipped but not yet delivered, you may still cancel the order online.

Once the cancellation request is approved and the item is returned to us via courier, your refund will be initiated.

Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned item.

Refund Methods
1. Credit Card Payments

Refunds will be credited back to the same credit card account used for the purchase.

The timeline for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your issuing bank’s policies.

2. Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI Payments

Refunds will be processed directly to your bank account within 7 working days after confirmation.

3. Cheque or Wire Transfer

For orders paid via cheque or bank transfer, refunds will be deposited into your bank account within 7 working days after your refund request is approved.

Important Notes

Refunds are issued only after receiving the originally shipped item in its original condition, with all packaging, invoices, and certificates (if applicable).

Customized, engraved, or personalized jewellery items are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
